A quick lunch and fun activity for the kids rolled into one! I had some wraps left over from a falafel tea last week and decided to turn them into a speedy lunch idea. The kids love getting involved in cooking and pizza is an easy (and minimally messy) meal for them to join in with.
Ingredients
- One wrap
- 1 tbsp tomato paste (You could also use red pesto)
- Handful of grated cheddar cheese
- Toppings of choice (We used 1 slice of pepperoni, chopped)
- Mediterranean herbs

- Preheat oven to 200c (or use the grill on a medium heat).
- Spread tomato paste over the wrap (younger kids might need a bit of help getting it even)
- Let the kids go wild with the toppings!
- Shake or sprinkle over the herbs to taste.

- Bake for around 5 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!
