Speedy pizza

A quick lunch and fun activity for the kids rolled into one! I had some wraps left over from a falafel tea last week and decided to turn them into a speedy lunch idea. The kids love getting involved in cooking and pizza is an easy (and minimally messy) meal for them to join in with. 


  • One wrap
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste (You could also use red pesto)
  • Handful of grated cheddar cheese
  • Toppings of choice (We used 1 slice of pepperoni, chopped)
  • Mediterranean herbs 
  1. Preheat oven to 200c (or use the grill on a medium heat).
  2. Spread tomato paste over the wrap (younger kids might need a bit of help getting it even)
  3. Let the kids go wild with the toppings!
  4. Shake or sprinkle over the herbs to taste.
  5. Bake for around 5 minutes. 
  6. Slice and enjoy!
